Terms & Conditions • Offer is valid till Dec 30, 2024. • Check-in time is 2:00 pm; checkout time is before 12:00 noon (Payment for the early check-in option is subject to availability. Late check-out between 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm will be charged HKD 100 per hour, and check-out after 3:00 pm will be charged for the full daily room rate). • Bills are payable in Hong Kong currency. • Credit cards accepted: VISA, Master, UnionPay credit cards. • Rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge. • Promotion is subject to availability at the time of reservation and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. • Rate is quoted in terms of per room night and based on availability at the time of reservation. • All rooms and public areas are non-smoking. • Full pre-payment for the entire stay of all rooms will be charged upon confirmation. • Booking cannot be amended or cancelled, 100% of the room charge (including service charge ) will be applied for no-show or early departure. • A deposit of HKD 500 per room will be required upon check-in, and will be refunded upon check-out if all is in order with the hotel and no additional room expenses are made. Deposit can be paid by cash (HKD/RMB 500/USD 100) or credit card (Visa/Master/UnionPay) only. Credit card deposit refunds might take at least 14 working days to process after check-out, depending on the specific bank policy. • In case of any disputes, Popway Hotel reserves the right to the final decision.
