Please quote ‘HKstay’ in your email subject and provide the following while sending your booking request to the hotel: - Check-in guest name (same as Hong Kong Identity Card) - Check-in and checkout dates - Staycation offer name (please click ‘More Offers’ to see other applicable staycation offers) - A copy of your machine-printed receipt(s) from physical retailers and/or dining outlets in Hong Kong during the programme spending period (up to two receipts with a minimum value of HK$800). Receipt(s) can only be used once • The hotel will inform you whether your booking is successful within 48 hours upon receiving your receipt(s). • After receiving the hotel’s reply that your booking can proceed, you will be asked to provide your credit card details upon making a reservation for payment guarantee purposes.
